Meet the Team
Dr. Dale Thompson
Dr. Dale Thompson is a native of Mt. Airy, NC. He graduated from UNC Dental School in 1994. Upon graduation he practiced dentistry for 4 years in Jacksonville and Raleigh NC, before returning to Chapel Hill to open a practice in 1998. He is a member of the ADA and NC Dental Society. Dr. Thompson enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.
Kassi
Dental Assistant
Kassi started working for Dr. Thompson in 2022. She graduated from Alamance Community College and earned her degree in dental assisting in 2023. She and her husband reside in Alamance County. Kassi loves spending time with her Cavapoo Lilah and her family.
Kenley
Receptionist
Kenley started working with Dr. Thompson in 2025. She resides in Alamance country. Kenley loves spending time with her goldendoodle Ginger. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling to Florida.
Crystal
Registered Dental Hygienist
Crystal started working for Dr. Thompson in 2007. She earned her Dental Hygiene degree in 2007 from UNC-CH. She and her husband reside in Northern Durham County. She enjoys spending her weekends boating with her friends and family and trips to the mountains.
Jenny
Registered Dental Hygienist
Jenny started working for Dr. Thompson in 2011. She earned her BS in Dental Hygiene at UNC-CH in 1988. She and her husband reside in Chatham County. She has two adult sons, two daughters-in-law, and two granddaughters. Jenny enjoys spending time with her family and she is actively involved at her church.
